1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "setoto", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the setoto online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the setoto platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access setoto services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

setoto primarily serves players in Indonesia and accepts Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as the primary currency. Our banking integrations support Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. However, we do not actively target Indonesian residents given the legal ambiguity of online gambling under Indonesian law. By using setoto, you confirm that you understand the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for your compliance with local laws.

2.3 Account Registration

When registering an account with setoto, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Create a unique username and secure password.
• Verify your email address and phone number through the confirmation codes sent by setoto.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be closed, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

setoto is required to verify the identity of all users as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or limitations on withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers.
• Notify setoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

setoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update it in your account settings immediately. setoto reserves the right to suspend accounts with outdated or unverifiable information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. setoto reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

setoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Deposits made during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM WIB) are typically credited instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process.

setoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Any bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related funds
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name

setoto processes most withdrawal requests within 2-6 hours during business days. Withdrawals requested after 6:00 PM WIB or on weekends will be processed the next business day. setoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10.000.000) or unusual withdrawal patterns, which may delay processing.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

setoto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML compliance:

• Deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal (turnover requirement).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.
• We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.
• Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

setoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to verified accounts in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting with other users, or exploiting technical errors) will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• setoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 10.000.000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution
• Sports betting: varies by odds (typically bets at odds 1.50 or higher count 100%)

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

setoto reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and associated winnings if:

• Wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period (typically 30 days)
• Bonus terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• The user requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements (the bonus will be deducted from the withdrawal amount)

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the setoto platform are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections and stake amounts before confirming. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, setoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on setoto is subject to the following rules:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours of the original start time. Otherwise, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, bets on markets that have already been determined are settled normally. Bets on undecided markets are void.
• Maximum payout per bet slip: Rp 500.000.000

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, video poker, etc.) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are displayed in each game's information section. setoto does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.4 Lottery and Togel

Lottery and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by independent third-party providers. Results are based on official draw outcomes from Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and other markets. setoto does not control or influence lottery results.

6.5 Game Malfunctions

In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds are void. Players will be refunded their stakes. setoto is not liable for any loss of potential winnings due to game malfunctions.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the setoto platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Underage gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen credit cards, fake identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Bot usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms to guarantee profit.

• Money laundering: Using setoto to disguise the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to setoto systems or other users' accounts.

setoto employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works with regulatory authorities to identify and prevent prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

setoto strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss of data or account access due to force majeure events
• Third-party service failures (payment processors, game providers, internet service providers)

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

setoto services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The platform will be error-free or completely secure
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, setoto's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by setoto

setoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if:

• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity
• We require additional verification documents
• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory order

9.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account:

• Withdraw all available funds (subject to any pending wagering requirements)
• Cancel any active bonuses
• Settle any outstanding bets

Account closures are typically processed within 7 business days.

9.3 Permanent Ban

In cases of serious violations (fraud, money laundering, underage gambling), setoto may permanently ban your account and report the activity to relevant authorities. Funds in banned accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
